We know you have a lot to do in a day. At Dripping Sweat, we offer efficient, energizing workouts and a very important moment for yourself. You'll leave feeling stronger, healthier, clearer, and ready to tackle the next thing on your to-do list.

Sweat Strong
This class mixes functional and traditional strength training exercises with quick cardio blasts to keep things dynamic and help with muscle endurance, core strength, and injury prevention! We'll use a total body approach; targeting different muscle groups simultaneously to tone and keep your body fit and your heart healthy. Finish with a pilates-inspired core workout and a stretch cooldown to regain flexibility in your body and clarity in your mind.

Sweat Express
An efficient and effective 35 minute workout that gets the job done. This class consists of high intensity interval work and functional strength training, including a warmup and cooldown to ensure safety for all. Perfect for busy days when you need to get in a workout and get on with your day.
