Sweat Barre - Mondays and Thursdays @ 8:00am, 9:15am at Central Texas Youth Ballet
A dynamic workout that blends strength training, Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements to sculpt and strengthen. No dance experience needed. Designed for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities, with options to help beginners feel confident and seasoned participants challenged. We'll spend half the class at the Barre, and the other at the center floor, targeting total-body fitness. Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energized!
Sweat Strength - TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS @ 8:00am, TUESDAYS 9:15am at SharpFitness
This class mixes functional and traditional strength training exercises with quick cardio blasts to keep things dynamic and help with muscle endurance, core strength, and injury prevention! We'll use a total body approach; targeting different muscle groups simultaneously to tone and keep your body fit and your heart healthy. Finish with a pilates-inspired core workout and a stretch cooldown to regain flexibility in your body and clarity in your mind.
Sweat Express - TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS @ 12:00pm at SharpFitness
An efficient and effective 35 minute workout that gets the job done. This class consists of alternating cardio blasts and functional strength training that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Includes a warmup/cooldown to ensure safety for all. Perfect for busy days when you need to get in a workout and get on with your day.
