Sweat Barre and Sweat Pilates
@ Central TX Youth Ballet
Strengthen, lengthen, and move with purpose in our Barre and Pilates classes. Using resistance bands to mimic the reformer, or light weights, bands and Pilates balls, you’ll build core strength, balance, and mobility. No dance experience required.
Sweat Start & Sweat Strength Express
@ SharpFitness
Whether you’re just starting out or short on time, our SharpFitness classes have you covered. Choose beginner-friendly Sweat Start to build confidence and form, or Sweat Strength Express for a quick, efficient 35-minute sweat.
What to Expect
Sweat Pilates @ CTYB
Pilates reformer benefits, no complex machines. Using resistance bands, this low-impact class strengthens your core, improves alignment, and enhances total-body control. Scalable for all fitness levels.
Sweat Barre @ CTYB
A dynamic blend of strength, Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movement to sculpt and tone. Half at the barre, half at center floor; all levels welcome. Build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energized! No dance experience required.

Sweat Start @ SharpFitness
A beginner-friendly strength class that builds confidence, form, and foundational fitness. Great for anyone new to strength training or restarting their fitness journey. Functional moves and optional cardio bursts help you feel strong, stable, and ready for more.
Sweat Strength Express
A powerful 35-minute workout that blends cardio blasts with functional strength. Quick, efficient, and effective — perfect for your lunch break or those super busy days.
All Our Classes Combine Strength Training & Core Building to Sculpt & Strengthen Your Body for Life
Whichever class you join, we'll incorporate functional strength training that can help maintain bone and muscle mass, manage weight, and prevent injury. Incorporating movements done in everyday life allows you to live healthfully and remain active to do life the way you choose. We design classes with you in mind, and modify for all fitness levels so everyone gets what they need.
